All users must be at least 18 years old to use Castle Bingo services. Users who attempt to register or participate while below the minimum age may have their accounts terminated, and they will be restricted from accessing any of our platforms or services.

The Castle Bingo platform is only available in Great Britain (GB) as per our UKGC bingo license. We do not permit access to users residing outside GB without explicit approval from regulatory authorities.

To register an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, and physical address. You must also verify your identity as per our Think 25 policy, which requires age/ID checks to ensure users are at least 18 years old.

Each user is limited to one account on the Castle Bingo platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of this rule. Attempting to register multiple accounts with different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details will be considered as multi-accounting and may result in disciplinary measures.

We take identity verification seriously on our platform, requiring users to complete the Think 25 identification process when creating an account. This includes providing valid ID documents (passport, driver's license, utility bill) for age verification purposes. Users will be contacted via phone or email if further documentation is required.

You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your Castle Bingo profile, including contact details, date of birth, and address. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.

It's essential that you protect your login credentials (username/password) from unauthorized use by third parties. We will never request your password via email, phone call, or text message. Should you believe someone has accessed your account without consent, please contact our support team immediately for assistance in securing and restoring access.

You must ensure that your username and password are unique to Castle Bingo and kept confidential. Sharing login details with others will be considered a breach of security protocols. Users found sharing passwords may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior warning.

Castle Bingo takes multi-accounting seriously. We will monitor user activity, including patterns of bet placement, login locations, and account history. Users engaging in such behavior risk having their accounts suspended or terminated without prior warning.

Bets must be placed for real money only. Each game has its own unique set of wagering requirements; please check the specific rules applicable to each title played on our platform. Losing sessions will not result in the loss or gain of Castle Bingo tokens/balance credits. Winning wagers may incur taxes at your local jurisdiction rate.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to, using third-party software or bots to play games for you. Abuse may also include exploiting technical features, creating multiple accounts with the intention of claiming multiple bonuses per customer within a defined timeframe, or consistently making strategic decisions based on prior session information (e.g., employing data analysis). All bonus abusers risk having their account terminated and banned from participating in gaming activities under our platform.

As per UKGC and regulatory guidelines on responsible gaming practices, we will request verification from users before processing any withdrawals. This includes documentation showing proof of age, address, and source of funds to prevent money laundering or other prohibited activities.

In cases where your account has been terminated due to technical issues with Castle Bingo, the AML/KYC process may be triggered for enhanced review purposes. Please allow sufficient time for these processes (typically a few business days), but if delays are necessary, we will notify you via email or through in-app notifications.

If you feel that your online bingo participation is negatively impacting your financial situation, please contact our support team to initiate a period of voluntary self-exclusion. You can opt-out from gaming activities on the Castle Bingo platform through our responsible gambling features for periods between 6 months up to 12 months (inclusive) or by permanently excluding yourself.

In situations where your account has been flagged as suspicious or found to contravene our Terms & Conditions (including multi-accounting), we may suspend or terminate it. All content, graphics, music, artwork, software code, intellectual property rights (IPRs) are exclusive to Castle Bingo Ltd unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorised reproduction, use of trademarks, or copying material from this website will result in claims against the infringing party for damages.

To the fullest extent permissible by law and/or statute, we shall not be responsible or liable to you for any direct losses (including consequential loss), indirect harm (such as damage to third-party property), special or punitive compensation incurred due to breach of contract. This includes but is not limited to, data loss while gaming; errors in processing transactions.
